Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post. 

Orders can take anywhere between 2-5 business days or up to 14 days for remote areas.

If you would like to receive your order sooner we do offer express post so please choose this option at checkout.

All delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a quality control procedure in place to avoid faulty items, but if for some reason you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.

To start your return please contact us by email at helloshaybaby@gmail.com please write in the subject line "RETURN#*order number*" we will then review your order and once accepted we will contact you with a return address and more info.

Unfortunately at this time we will not be accepting change of mind returns.

All items on sale are final, no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.

Product Care

You can find our care instruction on each of our items descriptions as well as on the care labels attached to your garment.

We do not recommend drying items in your dryer.

Please follow the care insutruction's to lengthen the life of your items, to reduce shrinkage and to ensure you are getting the most wear out of these items.
